Pain intervention with minimal invasive approach develops progressively in Indonesia within the last couple of years in Indonesia. Since the birth of Precursor in 2020 till current, 135 pain interventionist doctors have learnt about it from Sabang till Merauke, Indonesia. It is related with precursor’s vision namely to help much more patients especially to them who are in the waiting list of BPJS operation coverage. A better quality of life can be given to the patients particularly towards them whom not eligible yet with the operative treatment. Even more, there are many private sectors patients either due to their medical condition or pandemic Covid19 situation could not access their regular treatment in aboard may still get the necessities treatments in Indonesia. As pain is becoming the fifth vital sign, precursor has actively sounding the pain intervention with minimal invasive to the BPJS Kesehatan in every districts of Indonesia. Having a good relationship with the payer, the director of BPJS Indonesia, Prof Gufron showed his support to all pain interventionist in Indonesia to help more patients. This audience is also aim to get the payer institution well understood about the potential of pain intervention with minimal invasive in saving the BPJS budget towards the consumption of pain killer drugs and unnecessary pain operative approach.

There are several pain new policlinics, hospitals, and clinic opened from precursor students for examples RSUD Bogor Ciawi, RSUD Bangil, RS Goeteng – Purwakarta,  physiotherapy clinic – Orthophysio in Kendari, and soon RSJ Soeharto Heerdjan. Indeed, this rewards belongs to the all stakeholders, the hospital managements, UNPAD, Local IDI, PERDINI, INS, sponsors and last but not least, the fellow precursorians. Precursor will keep supporting all those institutions or fellows in updating the knowledge and skills related to the pain intervention. For instance is the development of neuromodulation to treat the chronic pain. This becomes the new hope to treat cases that is not significantly improved by regular minimal invasive approach. Furthermore, the patients themselves can regulate their own intensity of pain level on their hands. This individualistic treatment seems promising to help patient reducing their pain in every situation or level on demand. For these reason above, some pain interventionists in Indonesia try to engage in one organization called Indonesia Neuromodulation Society. It is a chapter from International Neuromodulation Society. INS chapter Indonesia would like to develop the potential of neuromodulation development in Indonesia. Such society will be benefiting various medical specialties including Neurology – Psychiatry – Neurosurgeon – Spine surgeon – Geriatry specialist and certainly Indonesia population and National security scheme.  Having said that, The INS Indonesia Chapter will held a scientific gathering in a congress, seminars and cadaveric workshops, involving the national and international experts such as Prof Sudhir Diwan from USA (Former President World INS), Prof Paresh Doshi from India (chair person of INS Chapter India), and Prof Marc Russo from Australia (President World INS). The gathering will be held on 6^th-8^th October 2022.
